At Dig Deep, we provide gold-standard and high quality mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. Our services include therapy, consultation, and more.

We believe that resilience, hardiness, and growth are possible for everyone. Sometimes this requires “digging deep” - making an effort, confronting difficulties and fears, planting strong roots, and growing through the support of others. If you are ready to make a change, we want to help you build the solutions you have been looking for.

Empowering care in a therapeutic setting

Coming soon, we are excited to offer in-person appointments at the AVA Psychology Group in Calgary, with private rooms, comfortable spaces, and individualized care. Until then, we are able to offer virtual services to children, adolescents, adults, and families located within the province of Alberta.

In-person and remote options

While we are in the process of moving to a new location, we offer virtual, remote services at this time. When our new space is ready, in-person appointments will be conveniently available in Northwest Calgary. Please keep an eye out for our in-person appointment offerings!

Can’t make it into the office, or prefer online care? We will continue to provide teletherapy to clients across Alberta.

We acknowledge that we live and work on Treaty 7 territory—the traditional and ancestral territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy: Kainai, Piikani and Siksika as well as the Tsuu T’ina Nation and Stoney Nakoda First Nation. We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis Homeland. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations. We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. We make this acknowledgement in the spirit of reconciliation to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.
