Dr. Keiser is an expert in military and first responder mental health care, having provided psychological assessment and treatment in both the VA Healthcare system in the United States and with the Carewest Operational Stress Injury (OSI) Clinic in Canada. He provides gold-standard treatment for common diagnoses, assessment and evaluation for disability benefits through Veterans Affairs Canada, and consultation with organizations like RCMP Health Services to coordinate on treatment plans and graduated return-to-work.

Dr. Keiser is a registered provider with Medavie Blue Cross. For clients covered by DND, VAC, or RCMP benefits, billing is handled directly through your Federal coverage and no out-of-pocket payments are needed for services covered within your policy. Dr. Keiser can also provide services covered by Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS) as part of a rehabilitation plan.
